- PLEASE READ BEFORE ANY PURCHASE / INTERACTIONS WITH ME.- By commissioning me you are agreeing to all of my T.O.S.- This T.O.S / Chart will get updated frequently.

- You must be 18+ to interact / commission.- Same goes for my designs when trading or re-selling, only 18+ users, please. You will be blocked and blacklisted on all platforms if you sell a design of mine to a minor.- I have the right to blacklist any user who doesn't respect / follow my TOS, so please, read this.- Backing out in ANY way without notice / reason will result in an immediate block / blacklist.- I generally take my time when working to prevent burn out. This ensures that you will always get top quality art from me, even if I may take a while.- My general "Turn Around Time" (TAT) is 2 weeks to 6 months after payment. If it goes on for any longer than 5 months , you will be notified.- So all I ask is for your outmost patience and cooperation when working with me please.- I do not do pings or waitlist.- I am comfortable with most scenarios, species and styles, as long as it is not offensive or harmful in any way. I'm pretty 420 friendly as well.- If you decide to use my art as profile icons, headers, banner art, etc, I expect credit to be given when credit is due. The character must belong to you.- I have the right to refuse to sell/trade my original designs for any reason.- Absolutely NO nft or crypto currency stuff with my art. Do NOT trace or steal my art, you will be blacklisted.- Please give credit when credit is due. Faliure to do so will result in a blacklist.- You can commission others to make edits on the adopt or custom, such as redesigns. Be sure to credit me for the original design please, and credit the artist for the edit, too.- As always, please please please be sure to ask questions, there may be a lot of things here that may be important and not mentioned, thank you.

- I prefer 18+ messagers only pls.- Please do not message me about commissions if I do not mention them on any of my social medias.- Only message me for business reasons / art reasons, do not ask me to randomly be friends. I might be friendly upfront, but I am truly very antisocial, sorry.- Please don't use tone tags with me. I don't need it. But i'll gladly use em for you if needed.- Don't be weird, please keep things professional.

- I accept USD only (Mainly via paypal + kofi, I use zelle + cashapp too, but rarely. Venmo soon.)- I expect all payments to be given UPFRONT before the commission begins.- I do not accept holds, sorry. But a payment plan might be rarely accepted depending on the down payment. (Mostly for adopts, and this is not certain.)-Faliure to complete payment by 24/48 hrs (without reason) may result in your commision to be canceled.- Backouts of any kind will result in a block and blacklist.

- I do not do commissions/ customs upon dm/ request. They are only open when I make an announcement.- I do not accept bribe comms ( art/ocs as payment for commission) upon request.- I do comms through my discord.- I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.- You can not ask for a refund of any kind if a sketch WIP has been showed to you.- That being said, i do not appreciate being rushed.
i have a life outside of art, please respect that.
You will always get your finished art peice, even if i might take a while.- If a rush fee is needed, (i will only accept if it is URGENT.) that is an additional $25 to base price.- You’ll receive a small resolution drawing for reviews, and will receive the full resolution via email after fully satisfied.- When commissioning, I prefer a clean ref, even sketchy refs and traditional art is okay, but please have a digital palette on hand.- I will only provide a full refund if I'm unable to finish your commissions, or if you cannot finish your comm payment for any urgent reason.- I will refuse to do a commission if the character doesn't have a clear, watermarked /unwatermarked reference.- You can ask for up to 5 changes of the sketch for free. After that I will not accept any more change request.- If i make any mistakes on your commission, i will fix it free of charge.I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.- You can resize or crop the commission artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.- You are welcome to upload your commission to social media, as long as you give me credit for the work.- You can use my commission for personal charms or posters, as long as i am credited. Do not sell my commission for profit/ commercial use.- You will be blocked and blacklisted If you backout when commissioning me. Or if you request something offensive.

- I have the right to refuse a custom request for any reason.- When commissioning a custom, i would highly appreciate mood boards or basically anything to help me make something to satisfy you.- I usually do small sketches/ lineless drafts of the custom before the actual ref. Feel free to keep it or post it. But please credit.

- I sell adopts through toyhouse only (18+, no minors).- I have the right to stop an auction or keep the design if i want.- When bidding/offering on my adopts, make sure you can pay the amount you bid.- I do not accept holds or payment plans, upfront is prioritized for adopts.- My designs can only be re-sold, traded, and gifted, make sure to priced them correctly, and give credit.- Designs received as gifts may also be resold (if purchased art is added), following the above rules.- If you are planning to sell the adopt, make sure to price it right. Trading/Gifting is okay, too. I'd be uncomfortable if you sell the adopt right after it's sold to you (like,, the day after), but eh, its ur responsibility not mine.- Any redesign is okay but please don't be too disrespectful!- However, de-transitioning, or changing textured hair or my designs to non-textured, of any of my designs makes me highly uncomfortable. (Might result in a block)- Changing a mtf/ftm design of mine to ftm/mtf or non-binary is totally fine though!- Slight palette change is okay too. Please just remember to credit me for the original design. Feel free to ask any questions or lmk before hand (i'll probs always say yes, since it's basically ur character now, but it's always apreciated <3).- Ghosting/delaying response with no valid excuse/ no reason at all will cause your offer to be cancelled and the adopt will be put back up for auction.-Do not delete original adopt art.- Please remember that art is my job, as well as many others'.Remember to take it serious .
